Ghalia Alul is based in Dubai and brings more than 18 years of experience in the world of communications in different challenging capacities. She spent the early years of her career as a journalist for The Jordan Times, and has experience in establishing and managing public affairs and communications departments for various political and non-governmental institutions including European Union development programmes in the region.

Between 2002 and 2006 she was Communications Director and Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy for Her Majesty Queen Rania.

She managed communications for the region’s largest endowment, The Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation, ensuring the organisation was effectively positioned in the region and across the world.

Most recently Ghalia was Director of Communications for the Jordanian Government, dealing with the country’s 2010 General Election, two Cabinet reshuffles and the change of Prime Minister, all at a time of great political change in the region.
